Camps & Clinics for New Athletes
A great way to get started in cheer is to take a tumbling clinic. Tumbling is an important aspect of cheerleading and your tumbling skills will, in part, determine what level of cheer team you will be on.

Our cheer & tumbling camps are 4 or 5 full days (9am-4pm) and are a great introduction to the sport of cheerleading. Camps include instruction on cheer, tumbling, dance, stunts, and jumps. Participants also play games, do crafts, and enjoy some free time in the gym on our awesome equipment!
Our adventure camp is 4 days and includes tumbling instruction at the gym as well as special guest instructors for activities such as yoga. There are also adventure outside the gym to a trampoline park, a rock climbing gym, and a pool!

Level 1 Basics – rolls, handstands, cartwheels, roundoff, bridges
Level 1 Adv – Roundoff, front and back walkovers plus level 1 basics
Level 2 – standing handsprings and roundoff handsprings plus level 1 polishing
Level 3 – punch fronts, tucks, aerials plus level 2 polishing
Level 4 – standing tucks, layouts plus level 3 polishing
Level 5 – full twisting layouts, standing fulls, plus level 4 polishing
