From September through mid-April we are generally open as follows:
Monday – Thursday from 4pm-9pm
Friday 6pm-8pm (office/store is closed)
Saturday 9am-3pm
Sundays 11am-8pm

Please note that the office is not always open during these hours.  If you need to speak with someone or make a payment in person, we recommend that you call ahead to ensure someone will be there.

The gym is closed some holidays as well as some weekends for competitions.  If you would like to come by for a quick tour, we ask that you give us a call to arrange a time so that we can ensure someone will be there and available to help you.  The gym number is 780-477-8676.
